Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the SiteSync platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted use

The Service is provided for managing construction workforces and related operations in the Gulf region. You may use the Service only for legitimate business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws, including UAE labour law, WPS (Wage Protection System) regulations, and data protection law.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or court order.
• Upload or process data that you do not have the legal right to process, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Use the Service to generate WPS salary files or payroll records that are false, misleading, or intended to evade compliance obligations.
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the security of the Service without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau or outsourcing offering.
• Use automated means to access the Service other than through our support tools or documented APIs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its networks, or other users.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm the Service.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload to the Service. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of worker records and payroll data submitted through the Service.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this policy and to maintain security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, subject to the Terms of Service. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
