Subprocessors

SiteSync uses a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate and support the Service. This page lists the categories of subprocessors we use and the purposes for which they process data.
1. How we use subprocessors
Subprocessors are engaged only to provide infrastructure, support, and operational services for SiteSync. They may process Customer Data only to the extent necessary to provide those services, and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with ourDPA.
2. Current subprocessors
Cloud infrastructure & hosting
- Cloud hosting provider — hosting of the Service, databases, and backups. Region and provider are confirmed at onboarding.
Email & communications
- Transactional email provider — delivery of account, payroll, and notification emails.
Analytics & support
- Website analytics — anonymous usage analytics for the marketing site (non-essential; consent-based).
- Support / ticketing tool — handling customer support requests.
3. Subprocessors for on-premise / private deployments
Where SiteSync is deployed on the Customer's own infrastructure (on-premise or private cloud), no third-party subprocessors process Customer Data unless separately agreed with the Customer.
4. Updates
We will update this page at least 14 days before engaging a new subprocessor that processes personal data. Customers with questions can contactprivacy@sitesync.ae.
